Contractors
What am I buying?
Live inbound calls from homeowners asking for a service you offer, in your area, during your hours. Each call goes to one company only.
How is a qualified call defined?
In your insertion order, before launch: unique caller, in your coverage, asking for your service, during your hours, past an agreed number of seconds.
Can I set a budget or pause?
Yes. Daily and monthly caps are standard, and you can pause or change coverage with the notice in your agreement.
Do you guarantee jobs?
No. You get qualified conversations; booking the job is yours. You'll get realistic expectations up front.
How do disputes work?
Flag a call within the dispute window. We check the recording against the rules and credit calls that don't qualify.
Publishers
What traffic is accepted?
Compliant search, SEO and content, maps and directories you manage, and pre-approved native or social.
What's prohibited?
Bot or AI-voice calls, incentivized traffic, cold calls or robocalls, impersonation, and misleading creative.
How am I paid?
Per qualified call on your agreement's schedule, minus invalid calls.
Homeowners
Are you a contractor?
No. This is a marketing and referral network that connects callers with independent local providers. The company you speak with does the work and sets the price.
Why did I reach a company with a different name?
Calls from our sites are routed to an independent provider who serves your area.
How do I stop calls or texts?
Tell the caller, reply STOP to texts, or use the Do Not Call page. Your number goes on our internal list.
How do I make a privacy request?
Use the options on the California Privacy page, or contact us.
The desk and the Radar
Does the desk store what I type?
No. v1 runs in your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
Where does Radar data come from?
Live National Weather Service alerts plus seasonal patterns per trade. See the method on the Radar page.
Is the Radar a promise of calls?
No. It shows where calls are likely to rise.
